DESCRIPTION

An extensive refurbishment of an existing Victorian terrace building in the heart of the West-End adjacent to the iconic Selfridges department store. The works entailed major structural alterations, including removing chimney breast, replacement of all floors, windows and the formation of an additional 4th floor mansard. The building was then architecturally fitted out to form 3 high end apartments for short term lets. The project was completed in 42 weeks despite the challenges of a restricted site, a one way street towards Oxford St, that was fully occupied with retail tenants at ground floor. A good example of our work whilst consideration is paramount to our neighbours and members of the public.
