This
project involved the construction of a new high-specification penthouse for a
private client within a listed mansion block on the prestigious Cadogan Estate.
The client had acquired the building’s loft space, which we transformed into an
additional floor, seamlessly extending the existing apartment. 

Due
to the heritage status of the property and the lack of direct access through
the building, the logistics were complex. We implemented a full scaffold wrap
with a hoist system and coordinated regular crane lifts to facilitate material
delivery and waste removal. Thanks to our established relationship with local
authorities, we were able to carry out these operations with minimal disruption
to residents and only limited road closures.

The
project featured an exceptionally intricate design requiring a range of
specialist subcontractors. Careful programme management was critical, ensuring
that each trade was introduced at the appropriate stage and that site
conditions were perfectly prepared for their works. The result was a highly
detailed, bespoke residence delivered to the highest
standard in a logistically challenging environment.
