This project involved the construction of a high-specification penthouse for a discerning private client within a listed mansion block on the prestigious Cadogan Estate. The client acquired the loft space, and we transformed it into a sophisticated additional floor, seamlessly extending the existing apartment and enhancing its luxury living space.

Due to the heritage status and lack of direct internal access, logistics were complex. Therefore, we implemented a full scaffold wrap with an advanced hoist system. In addition, we coordinated regular crane lifts to manage material delivery and waste removal. Our strong relationship with local authorities allowed these operations to proceed with minimal disruption to residents and limited road closures.

The project featured an intricate design requiring collaboration with highly skilled specialist subcontractors. Consequently, through proactive programme management, we introduced each trade at the right stage. Meanwhile, site conditions were carefully prepared to support their work and maintain smooth progress.

Internally, the penthouse now features elegant layouts, high-quality finishes, and abundant natural light. Furthermore, attention to detail ensured that every element meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. As a result, the project delivers a meticulously crafted, bespoke residence within a challenging environment.
